1. What makes your website so much different than all of the other websites for sports memorabilia?

GreschnerSports.com is a website that has athletes directly involved in the sale of their autographed memorabilia. Ron Greschner, Nick Fotiu or Vic Hadfield personally witnesses each signature as the athlete signs each item. The athlete signs the item and puts his Thumbprint on the item to make it authentic. Each item is guaranteed to be The Real Deal. You can expect scheduled signings, personally signed autographs upon your request and innovative ways to make our website the greatest experience you will have when purchasing memorabilia.

2. Can I rely on product availability and pricing?

All listed merchandise on the site is in-stock as of the last time the database was updated. In the event that an item is out of stock, or needs to be back-ordered, you will be contacted by phone or email, before any charges are made to your account. The prices listed on the site are current, and after a sale has been made, the price charged for the purchased item shall be the same as listed on the site at the time of the sale.

3. Do you guarantee my purchase?

Greschner Sports guarantees the authenticity of all memorabilia purchased through our Patent Pending “Thumbprint Of Excellence”. If you are concerned that your item may not be authentic, please contact our customer service HOTLINE department and we will validate its authenticity upon proof of purchase from GS.
Greschner Sports provides each customer with a copy of the authenticity of the signature you receive.

4. What is your return policy?

At GreschnerSports.com we are committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the item(s). Some exceptions may apply, so please refer to the item page for exceptions to our rule. For a full refund carefully follow the return instructions below:
Contact Greschner Sports customer service hotline Monday through Friday 203.769.5823 to notify us of the nature of your return and to receive your return authorization number.
Greschner Sports must receive your return within 30 days from your order date. Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to you.

In order to receive credit for your return, we require that you:
• Send merchandise in original carton and packaging.
• Mark the shipping carton CLEARLY with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
• Include the Certificate of Authenticity with the returned item.
• NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE MISSING
• We will refund shipping and handling charges only if your merchandise was damaged, defective or shipped to you in error.
1. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer we suggest that you insure the return package. Also, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier.

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account within 30 days of purchase, please note that all returns and exchanges must not be damaged or missing associated authentication devices, seals or tags by Greschner Sports. These items will be returned to the purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.
It is the policy of Greschner Sports to charge a 15% restocking fee if the requirements for refund are not met as described above or if items are returned without first receiving a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Greschner Sports Customer Service department.

6. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary and are primarily dependent upon the size and weight of the item, the shipping method (Standard, Priority or Overnight), the quantity purchased and the ship-to location. The rates and policies for shipping will be determined by the method of shipment that you select prior to the completion of a purchase.
For example, shipping costs in the continental USA and abroad will be listed on your invoice before you complete your transaction. Illinois deliveries are subject to state sales tax and will be charged the current Illinois state tax rate for Cook County. Orders are confirmed via email.

According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, if fraudulent charges do occur on your card, the maximum amount for which you can be held liable for is $50, and Greschner Sports will reimburse that entire amount. No. Greschner Sports never purchases sports memorabilia from private collectors. We purchase our memorabilia directly from the source and deal directly with the athlete.

We are working on contracts with many athletes across the country in a variety of sports arenas.
